He has appraised for over thirty years and is a General Certified Appraiser licenced in Georgia and in South Carolina. He is also a Georgia Licensed Auctioneer and Real Estate Broker.

Gail M. Gnann completes VA, FHA, Conventional, litigation, divorce, eminent domain, and rural land appraisals in both Georgia and South Carolina. She is licensed as a Certified Residential Appraiser in Georgia And South Carolina. She has worked in loan closings and several years for the US Corp of Engineers in their real estate section.

Bunny Garcia is a Georgia Registered Appraiser and Licensed Realtor in both Georgia and South Carolina. Her husband is a local attorney and her father and brother own and operate an appraisal business on St Simons island Georgia. She is currently in training and intendes to become certified as an appraiser as soon as possible.
